Through its affiliate, City Oak, LLC, Anew Development has acquired a roughly half-acre, 68 space parking lot on Shepley Street in the heart of Portland’s Downtown Arts District.
Anew is in an exploratory phase examining options to develop the property to take advantage of an ideal in town location, high-rise zoning height allowances, and stunning views of the Portland peninsula and Casco Bay.
